Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible, balancing your need for flexibility with our commitments to local hotels, guides, and transportation providers.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking with Morocco Go Trip, you must notify us in writing via email. The date we receive your written notification will determine the cancellation charges applicable.
- 30 days or more: The initial deposit is fully refunded (minus any non-refundable banking or transfer fees).
- 15 to 29 days: Loss of the initial deposit (usually 20-30% of total tour cost).
- 7 to 14 days: 50% of the total tour cost is charged.
- Less than 7 days or No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost is charged. No refund.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Stripe, etc.) within 14 business days. Please note that banking institutions may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account. Any transfer fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
3. Amendments by the Client
If you wish to make changes to your itinerary (such as changing dates or upgrading accommodation) after the booking is confirmed, we will do our utmost to accommodate these requests. However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs, especially if requested close to the departure date.
4. Cancellations by Morocco Go Trip
In the highly unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, we will immediately notify you. You will be offered the choice of:
- A full and immediate refund of all monies paid to us.
- An alternative tour of comparable standard (if available).
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as non-refundable flights or travel insurance.
5. Force Majeure
Morocco Go Trip cannot accept liability or pay compensation if our services are compromised due to circumstances beyond our control ("Force Majeure"). These circumstances include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (e.g., severe snowstorms blocking High Atlas passes), pandemics, geopolitical instability, strikes, or government travel restrictions.
In cases of Force Majeure, we strongly advise relying on your comprehensive travel insurance policy to recover lost costs.
